The challenge
A financing platform with a solid product and satisfied clients came to us with a clear problem: their website generated fewer than 900 monthly visits, almost all direct or branded traffic. They didn't appear in any relevant sector searches, neither in Spanish nor in English. Keyword research in Spanish and English prioritising high commercial-intent terms. Content silo structure, full technical optimisation (schema.org, hreflang, Core Web Vitals) and sector link-building strategy. Within 6 months, the platform ranked in the top 3 for 14 key international searches.
AI support chatbot
We analysed the 340 most frequent support queries from the past year and built a structured knowledge base. We deployed a custom chatbot trained on that base, attending queries 24/7, responding in the brand's tone and precision, automatically escalating to the human team only when complexity requires it.
